Patient assistance applications,
without the paperwork.
AlgoMeds helps practices prepare manufacturer patient assistance forms from existing records, collect the patient's signature by text, deliver the packet, and track the manufacturer's decision and renewal date.
Synthetic demo data - no patient record
From prescription to submitted application, in three steps.
The first application is where the typing happens. Every one after it reuses the record underneath, so the second application for a patient is not the first one again.
Doctor starts a form
Pick a medication. AlgoMeds opens the selected manufacturer form, fills supported fields from the practice record, and flags missing information for review.
Patient finishes the rest
A secure link goes to the patient. They confirm details and answer a short set of questions on their phone, with no account to create.
Doctor signs, we submit
You approve and sign. AlgoMeds delivers the packet and records delivery status and the manufacturer's approval or denial when received.
One platform. Three jobs done well.
Stop retyping what the chart already knows.
- Supported fields filled from records you already have, with missing information flagged for review
- Reuse verified details only after staff confirmation
- Sign and submit from your phone between patients
Manage an application queue without losing the next action.
- Application status across patients and manufacturer programs
- Smart reminders when patients stall mid-form
- Returned-document matching handled for you, program by program
A simple form. A clear next step.
- Doctor sends a secure link by text or email
- A handful of questions, mostly tap-to-answer, no account required
- See current status and refill tasks in one place

Measure the workflow before you buy it.
AlgoMeds does not publish an invented hours-saved benchmark. Compare the same work before and during a representative pilot using your practice's own applications.
See the pilot methodologyRecord staff time, handoffs, corrections and elapsed days for a representative set of applications.
Use comparable programs and count the work that still happens outside the platform.
Compare completion, staff touches and time to a ready-to-submit packet without assigning a dollar value to medication or approval.
A useful pilot measures workflow effort. It does not predict manufacturer eligibility, approval, medication value or patient savings.
Built for the realities of healthcare data.
- HIPAA-aligned
- Encrypted at rest

What practices ask before signing up.
Does AlgoMeds work with my EHR?
AlgoMeds imports supported patient-list exports without requiring a live EHR interface. Export formats differ, so we verify your file during a demo, preview rows before import, and flag likely duplicates. Ask us about a custom integration if your workflow needs one.
How do you handle PHI?
AlgoMeds is built on a HIPAA-aligned architecture. Tenant boundaries are enforced at the database layer, a BAA is available, and access is audited. Ask for the current security evidence during diligence.
Which manufacturers and medications are supported?
AlgoMeds maintains 220 active program form templates spanning 14 manufacturer program families, in English and Spanish. The program directory documents a selected set of programs; catalog coverage is broader than the directory.
How is this different from RxAssist or NeedyMeds?
Those are directories, genuinely useful for looking a program up. AlgoMeds is a workflow platform: it fills the manufacturer’s actual form from your records, gets the patient’s signature by text message, submits it, and tracks it through to a decision and a renewal.
What does it cost?
AlgoMeds is free for solo prescribers and free for patients, with no time limit. Practices with two or more providers are priced per provider, per month; contact us for a quote.
Does AlgoMeds decide whether a patient qualifies?
No. AlgoMeds does not determine eligibility, predict approval, or influence a manufacturer’s decision. Eligibility is set and assessed by the manufacturer program.
File your next application without retyping it.
The solo-prescriber tier is currently free. Book a demo to see how it fits your practice.
